Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HuanHuan, including huanhuan.com.au, app.huanhuan.com.au, social.huanhuan.com.au and docs.huanhuan.com.au (together, the "Service"), operated by HuanHuan ("HuanHuan", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About HuanHuan
HuanHuan is an AI-assisted business management tool built for Australian small business owners — booking and scheduling, an AI-built storefront, invoicing, and coordination with your team or helpers — together with the HuanHuan Social community.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to lawfully use the Service or be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Do not scrape, resell, or misuse data belonging to other users.
- Treat customers, helpers, and other users you interact with through the Service fairly and lawfully.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add to HuanHuan — store listings, photos, bookings, invoices, and messages. By adding content, you give us permission to host, display, and process it solely to provide and improve the Service to you.
5. Fees and payments
Some features of HuanHuan are free; others may be paid, as described in the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices and quotes you generate and for any arrangements you make with your own customers. HuanHuan is not a party to, and is not responsible for, transactions between you and your customers.
6. Third-party services and links
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party sites and tools (for example our documentation and community sites). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, or remove features from time to time, and will try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect you.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuanHuan is provided without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any other loss arising from your use of the Service is limited to re-supplying the Service or its reasonable cost.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
