The AI tool to run your business and team up · Australia
Your own bookings, the jobs you do for other shops, every dollar owed either way. One sheet, separate ledgers.
Moving · cleaning · repairs · airport runs · deliveries · nails… any job tied to a place and a time fits.
AI wired through · five places it types for you
Recording a deal, scheduling a job, reading a booking request, opening a shop, building an order form. Five places where a model types for you. You just check it.
One spoken line becomes customer, type, item, amount, deposit and payment method.
That messy WeChat blurb becomes a job you can schedule, phone and WeChat ID told apart.
Incoming bookings arrive tagged with difficulty, risk, ⚠ special items and a 🤖 suggestion.
Describe your trade and it picks the type, names the shop, presets a few items.
Say what you want to ask at booking time; fields, options and hints line up.
One chain, one fallback. Say it on the road, it lands as a deal.

The model only fills the form. Editing it and saving it are both your call.
If the model can't be reached it falls back to keywords. The feature still works, no spinner.
Put an OpenAI-compatible base URL and key in each shop's AI settings and it runs on your own quota.
A status card at the top of AI settings shows whether it's really calling the model or falling back, how many calls worked and why any failed.
The three things that matter, shown instead of explained.
Pass a job to a helper. When they mark it done, your ledger books the cost at once.
One flat price on the public board. Nobody sees customer details until you confirm; confirming makes them your helper. Community side rolling out.
Applications, acceptances, reschedules, payments. In-app plus push, even with the app closed. Chats live in Messages, and an evening nudge covers tomorrow's jobs and pay that's due.
Pass on what you can't fit in. The reputation stays with your shop.
Who took it, at what price, paid or not. One record, full trail.
Helpers build a track record and become the next owners.
Owner, helper, customer. Switch any time, each with its own workspace.
Customer details don't exist on the path before confirmation
The last slot can't be taken twice
Done means locked; changes leave a trail
The model writes into the form. Sending it is still you
Helpers agree to the shop's terms first; the exact text is kept
Seven days unpaid after a job is done, both sides get a reminder
Live businesses on HuanHuan during beta.
20 to 40 seconds each, with the phone screens rebuilt from the real app.
Opening is free and the beta is fully free. After that, tiered on monthly order volume, no commission.
No. Any logged-in user can apply, after reading and agreeing to that shop's helper terms. The moment the owner confirms, you become that shop's helper.
Marking done books the cost in the owner's ledger at once. Pay offline; once the owner marks it paid, the helper sees it as received. Still unpaid seven days later, both sides get a reminder.
Only the text you hand it goes out: the line you speak when recording a deal, the customer message you paste when scheduling (whatever you paste, it sees), and the item and notes a customer typed when booking (that last one carries no name or contact details). The public-board rule is unchanged too: before you confirm, an applicant cannot reach the customer's name, address or phone.
Every field it fills sits in the form and you can edit it before saving. Pressing Record is always you. If the model can't be reached it falls back to keywords, so the feature still works.
